The main purpose of this website is to pay tribute to the traditional cheese, halloumi, of Cyprus that comes from the Mesaoria region, namely the village of Lysi.

The site is still under development, so please be patient. If you have any suggestions feel free to let us know under the General section.

The main language at the moment is English, but slowly slowly we plan to translate everything in Greek and Russian.
