Spaghetti
On Saturday I was making spaghetti with my 2,5 year son! 
. My son wanted to help me to prepare the food. I gave him a lysiotiko halloumi to grate it. He was doing it perfectly! Then he helped me prepare the spaghetti (actually it was spaghettini – thinner than spaghetti). Try spaghetti (or spaghettini) with grated lysiotiko halloumi and you will remember my post! Bon Apetit!
Official launch with a quick lunch
January 25th, 2009 marks the official launch of Lysiotiko-Halloumi.com. This site is dediacated to the memory of Lysi and to the Halloumi, crafted the Lysi way, aka Lysiotiko Halloumi. While working to put everything together I totally forgot to go and get even lunch… so what a better way to celebrate the launch of the site… a quick lunch with Lysiotiko Halloumi of course…
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 1 can of chunk tuna, 3 slices of Lysiotiko Halloumi.
Spread them on a plate, sprinkle some lemon on the tuna, salt on the eggs, and eat then in any order you like, or all three at once!
You might be wondering why all the fuss about Lysiotiko Halloumi… Well because you haven’t experienced the ultimate taste of Halloumi unless you tasted the Lysiotiko Halloumi…

My favourite sandwich: Pitta bread – tomatoes – lysiotiko halloumi – and too much salt!
Taste it and you will forget everything else!
