You should create an organisation named HIA. HIA stands for Halloumi Investigation Agency. The Agency will do investigations for the halloumi all around the world. It’s members must be Cypriots that will taste halloumi and rate it. The winner will get a Kg of Lysiotiko halloumi to taste THE ORIGINAL HALLOUMI!

On Saturday I was making spaghetti with my 2,5 year son! . My son wanted to help me to prepare the food.   I gave him a lysiotiko halloumi to grate it.  He was doing it perfectly!  Then he helped me prepare the spaghetti (actually it was spaghettini – thinner than spaghetti).  Try spaghetti (or spaghettini) with grated lysiotiko halloumi and you will remember my post!
