You should create an organisation named HIA. HIA stands for Halloumi Investigation Agency. The Agency will do investigations for the halloumi all around the world. It’s members must be Cypriots that will taste halloumi and rate it. The winner will get a Kg of Lysiotiko halloumi to taste THE ORIGINAL HALLOUMI! :-)

    2. Not a bad idea at all redmad… It is going to be something like wine tasting… rather you start with halloumi tasting and then wash it down with wine… not a bad combo at all… especially with some red wine… This should be added to the 1001 ways to eat Halloumi list…
